Description:
ASGC Group is currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused Lifting Supervisor to join its construction team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience overseeing lifting activities on large-scale and high-rise building projects while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising lifting operations, coordinating crane activities, monitoring rigging practices, and ensuring that all lifting tasks are performed safely and efficiently. The position requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to site safety management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily lifting operations across construction sites
• Coordinate crane activities and ensure safe execution of lifting plans
• Monitor rigging operations and verify compliance with approved procedures
• Conduct site inspections before and during lifting activities
• Ensure all lifting equipment is used safely and maintained appropriately
• Enforce safety regulations and site-specific lifting requirements
• Coordinate with project teams, crane operators, riggers, and site management
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions when required
• Maintain lifting records, permits, and operational documentation
• Support the implementation of safe work practices throughout project activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor
• Proven experience working on high-rise building construction projects
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations, crane activities, and rigging practices
• Familiarity with UAE construction safety regulations and industry standards
• Relevant lifting supervision certifications are highly preferred
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
