Excellence Driving Centre is seeking a motivated and passionate Learning & Development Executive to join its team in Al Qusais, Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are dedicated to developing employee capabilities, enhancing workplace performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, delivering engaging learning programs, supporting employee development, and contributing to organizational excellence through effective coaching and performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.
• Identify training needs and design or deliver effective training programs.
• Coach and mentor employees to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Prepare, organize, and manage training calendars and schedules.
• Deliver presentations and facilitate engaging learning sessions.
• Gather training feedback and recommend improvements to learning programs.
• Support organizational development and operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Valid experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Training Delivery, and Performance Improvement.
• Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate training activities effectively.
• Passion for employee development and continuous learning.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Learning & Development and Corporate Training.
• Performance management and employee coaching.
• Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools.
