Description:

Grammar School is seeking a qualified and experienced KHDA Coordinator to join its administrative team for the academic year 2026–2027 in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for a professional with strong school-based administrative experience and fluency in both Arabic and English.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling KHDA-related coordination tasks, ensuring compliance with education authority requirements, and supporting smooth school operations. Candidates currently residing in the UAE with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage KHDA documentation and coordination processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Support school administration in maintaining compliance with KHDA guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external education authorities.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of required reports.

• Assist in administrative operations related to student and school licensing matters.

• Ensure smooth communication between Arabic and English-speaking stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a school administrative or KHDA-related role.

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.

• Recent Home Country Police Clearance Certificate is required.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• KHDA Regulations and School Compliance Procedures

• School Administration and Documentation Systems

• Bilingual Communication (Arabic & English)
