Painting Supervisor

Anglo Eastern Industries FZE is seeking an experienced Painting Supervisor to join its operations in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on expertise in industrial and structural steel painting who can effectively supervise daily painting activities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The successful candidate will oversee painting teams, ensure work is completed according to project specifications, and coordinate with production, quality, and HSE departments to deliver projects efficiently. Previous UAE or GCC experience will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily industrial and structural steel painting activities.

• Monitor surface preparation, blasting, priming, and painting processes.

• Ensure proper application using airless spray and conventional painting methods.

• Coordinate with Production, QHSE, and Painting Inspectors to maintain workflow.

• Verify compliance with coating specifications, DFT requirements, and quality standards.

• Ensure all painting work follows company health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial or structural steel painting.

• Strong knowledge of surface preparation, blasting, priming, and painting techniques.

• Hands-on experience with airless spray and conventional painting methods.

• Experience supervising painting teams and managing daily operations.

• Good understanding of coating systems, DFT, and painting specifications.

• Experience in structural steel fabrication or industrial painting is preferred.

• UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Coating systems and quality standards.

• Painting inspection requirements and DFT measurements.

• Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices.
