We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Female Junior Operations Assistant to support daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

The Junior Operations Assistant will assist in handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and supporting operational processes to enhance overall efficiency

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational Support: Assisting with daily tasks to ensure smooth business operations and workflow.
  • Administration & Data Management: Maintaining, updating, and archiving records, including inventory, financial data, and client information.
  • Communication & Liaison: Acting as a point of contact between departments, vendors, and customers.
  • Schedule & Meeting Coordination: Managing calendars, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings for the operations team.
  • Project Assistance: Supporting various operational projects and reporting on progress. Talent Sam +3

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify operational issues and suggest improvements.
  • Education: Often requires a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
