Junior Admin Assistant

  • Permanent | Full Time
  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Monday to Saturday
  • Office Location: Galadari Building 17, Dubai Production City

We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Junior Admin Assistant to support the day to day operations of Neo Realty Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to business operations, digital systems, and administrative coordination within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Support CRM updates and internal data management
  • Assist in managing internal digital tools and operational platforms used by the company
  • Coordinate basic communication with clients and partners when required
  • Help track operational tasks, reminders, and follow ups for the team
  • Support preparation of documents, reports, and internal materials
  • Ensure smooth coordination between different parts of the business

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
