Description:
IDEACORP General Trading LLC, an Authorized Channel Partner of e& (Etisalat), is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its Finance Department in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to develop their accounting skills in a supportive and professional workplace.
The selected candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, payroll processing, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities while working closely with the Finance Manager. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Process payroll accurately and ensure timely salary payments.
• Manage employee attendance, payroll records, and related documentation.
• Assist with asset audits, maintain the asset register, and update supporting records.
• Process payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain the company cash book.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and management summaries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable statutory regulations.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and year-end audit activities.
• Perform additional finance and accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
