Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold relevant academic and professional qualifications in Education and the subject area of specialization.
• Be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) where applicable.
• Have experience teaching under the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) or demonstrate a strong understanding of CBC implementation.
• Possess strong communication, classroom management, and learner assessment skills.

• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, creativity, and a passion for teaching.

Role-Specific Expectations

• Junior School Facilitators – Mathematics/Chemistry or Mathematics/Physics should possess strong subject mastery and the ability to deliver engaging STEM-focused learning experiences.
• Junior School Facilitators – Mathematics/Business Studies should be capable of teaching mathematical concepts alongside foundational business and entrepreneurship skills.
• Junior School Facilitators – Biology/Agriculture should have expertise in life sciences, agriculture, practical learning activities, and environmental awareness.
• Junior School Facilitators – Computer Studies Teachers should be experienced in digital literacy, computer applications, coding fundamentals, and technology integration in education.
• P1 Teachers – Lower Primary should be skilled in delivering foundational literacy, numeracy, and learner-centered instruction.
• P1 Teachers – Upper Primary (Kiswahili and Any Other Subject) should demonstrate strong subject knowledge, effective lesson delivery, and the ability to support academic achievement in upper primary learners.
