P1 Teachers - Lower primary

Role Overview

The teacher plans and delivers lessons, supports learners as they develop their knowledge and skills, and monitors their progress. The role requires a qualified, experienced educator who can contribute to effective classroom learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learners’ needs.
• Teach lessons using clear explanations and appropriate learning activities.
• Assess learners’ understanding and provide constructive feedback.
• Track progress and adapt teaching approaches where needed.
• Maintain an orderly, supportive classroom environment.
• Communicate with colleagues and relevant school staff about learner progress.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Current registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
• At least two years of teaching experience.
• ICT skills are an added advantage.
