Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Diploma, Bachelor’s, or professional certification depending on the role).
Have prior experience in education, administration, geology, engineering, drilling operations, or disability services management.
Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Be familiar with county government frameworks, ECDE standards, and technical service delivery.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with Kilifi County’s mission of providing a high quality of life for all inhabitants.
CEO roles require leadership, policy advisory, and strategic planning capacity.
Ward administrator roles require governance, coordination, and service delivery oversight.
ECDE roles require child development knowledge, teaching competence, and inclusive education practices.
Technical roles (geologist, surveyor, drilling assistant, rigman) require specialized expertise, fieldwork proficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
Interested candidates who meet the set criteria MUST use the Application for Employment Form (KCPSB 001) and attach copies of ID, CV, academic/ professional certificates and testimonials.
