Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Diploma, Bachelor’s, or professional certification in Hospitality, Business, Finance, HR, Engineering, or related fields).
Have prior experience in hospitality management, culinary operations, finance, HR, sales, or technical maintenance depending on the role.
Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Be familiar with luxury resort operations, food & beverage service, wellness and recreation facilities, and technical systems maintenance.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with Crown Beachfront Vipingo’s mission of delivering world‑class hospitality experiences along the Vipingo coastline.
Role‑specific expectations:
Managers (General, Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping): Oversee respective departments, manage staff, and ensure service excellence.
Executive Chef / Culinary team: Plan menus, prepare meals, and maintain kitchen standards.
Chief Engineer / Technicians: Maintain resort infrastructure, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Security Supervisor: Ensure safety and security of guests and staff.
Finance roles (Accountant, Accounts Assistant, Cost Controller, Cashier): Manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
Procurement & Store roles: Handle purchasing, inventory, and supply chain management.
