Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (role dependent).
• Have relevant experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG environments.
• Demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Possess excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Be willing to travel extensively within East Africa and internationally when required.
• Have strong project coordination and planning skills (for project management roles).
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, safety awareness, and accountability.
