Role‑specific expectations:
F&B Manager: Oversee food & beverage operations, manage staff, and ensure quality service.
Bartender / Waiter / Waitress: Provide excellent customer service, manage orders, and maintain hospitality standards.
Head Chef / Cooks: Plan menus, prepare meals, and maintain kitchen operations.
Golf Course Groundsman: Maintain golf course grounds, landscaping, and equipment.
Golf Admin: Handle administrative tasks, bookings, and member services.
