Description:
Arakkal Gold & Diamonds is expanding its operations and is seeking a skilled IT Support Executive to join its technical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization while providing reliable technical support and system maintenance.
This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, and the capability to manage multiple technical tasks including system support, networking, and cybersecurity assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot technical issues
• Manage system operations, email accounts, and user access
• Handle IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records
• Coordinate with vendors and manage IT-related budgets
• Support network infrastructure and basic cybersecurity measures
• Ensure smooth functioning of all internal IT systems
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support role
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networking systems
• Experience in system troubleshooting and IT operations
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
