A well-reputed shipping company in Dubai is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their team immediately. This role focuses on managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system security across the organization.
Key responsibilities and technical requirements include:
Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Administration of Exchange Server and Outlook environments
- Management of SAN Storage solutions
- Configuration and monitoring of FortiGate Firewalls
- VPN setup and management (SSL and Site-to-Site)
- Ability to maintain IT infrastructure, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with security standards
Candidates must have a proven track record in IT support, network management, and technical troubleshooting. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
