Mathews Metal is looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join its team in Dubai. This role is suited for a proactive individual who can provide reliable technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the smooth operation of the company’s technology infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support, hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, and system administration. Candidates who are available to join immediately or can serve a short notice period will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related problems.
• Assist employees with day-to-day IT support requirements.
• Support networking and system administration tasks.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose technical issues and minimize system downtime.
• Ensure reliable and efficient IT support across the organization.
Requirements:
• Experience in IT support and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software support.
• Understanding of networking and system administration.
• Familiarity with user access management and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates on a short notice period will be preferred.
