Inventory and Sourcing Officer
The Inventory and Sourcing Officer keeps stock moving and inventory records accurate across phones, appliances and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate stock for phones, appliances and accessories.
- Source products at the right price.
- Receive, verify and record incoming stock.
- Distribute stock to branches accurately and on time.
- Conduct regular stock counts and keep inventory records up to date.
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in inventory, stores or supply chain.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good numerical skills; Excel or Zoho experience is an advantage.
- Organised, honest and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with on-the-ground work within Nairobi.
Work Arrangement
- Full-time work involving office and on-the-ground duties.
