Wellb Align is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inbound Sales & Customer Relations Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join its growing team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries through multiple communication channels, following up with prospective customers, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial contact to onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain engagement throughout the sales process.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products or services.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain lead records, reports, and customer tracking data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Meet sales conversion targets through effective communication and relationship management.
Requirements:
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Currently residing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and target-driven mindset.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Customer relationship management and sales follow-up
• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer service, communication, and lead management
