Total Homecare Services is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join its growing technical team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on expertise in Chilled Water and DX systems who can independently perform installation, replacement, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing HVAC systems across residential properties, including villas and apartments, while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and efficient system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out FCU replacement, installation, and maintenance.
• Install and replace DX units.
• Replace actuator valves, gate valves, and strainers.
• Perform chilled water pipe replacement, modifications, and insulation works.
• Replace blower motors and complete plumbing connections.
• Handle electrical connections and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in Chilled Water and DX air conditioning systems.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
Requirements:
• Strong practical experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience working with Chilled Water and DX systems.
• Good knowledge of FCUs, valves, piping systems, and electrical connections.
• Experience working in Dubai villas, apartments, and residential properties.
• Ability to work independently and complete replacement projects professionally.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Chilled Water and DX air conditioning systems.
• FCUs, valves, chilled water piping, and insulation works.
• Electrical connections, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting.
