Graystone Capital, an investment and advisory firm with operations across 12 countries, is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage and oversee the complete human resources function for its Dubai office. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to play a key role in supporting a growing regional business.
The successful candidate will manage recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and statutory regulations. The role requires fluency in both Arabic and English, along with strong knowledge of UAE HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and job offers.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Coordinate visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID applications, and medical insurance.
• Ensure compliance with MOHRE, WPS, and other statutory employment requirements.
• Manage onboarding, employee records, attendance, and leave administration.
• Support monthly payroll activities and coordinate with the Finance team.
• Develop and update HR policies and the employee handbook.
• Oversee performance management, employee training, and employee relations.
• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (Arabic is mandatory).
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS, and visa procedures.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Experience in financial services or investment banking is preferred.
• HRMS/HRIS experience is an advantage.
• CIPD or SHRM certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, and WPS compliance.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Payroll coordination, employee relations, and HRMS/HRIS systems.
