IPT Energy is looking for a proactive and well-organized HR & Admin Officer to manage daily human resources and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with labor regulations while supporting smooth internal operations and coordination with external authorities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR processes, supporting recruitment activities, and handling administrative and office management tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
• Coordinate PRO activities and handle government-related documentation
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Oversee office administration, procurement activities, and general documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance
• Experience with PRO procedures and government coordination is preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
