Deliver efficient customer service, food preparation, dining room setup, and order fulfillment in assigned hotel or catering units.
Maintain strict food safety standards, hygiene regulations, cleanliness, and stock management across service floors and kitchens.
Process guest transactions accurately via POS systems (cashiers) or draft custom beverages (baristas/bartenders).
Prepare culinary dishes according to standardized recipes and quality benchmarks (chefs/cooks/pastry staff).
Handle inventory storage, stock issues, and shelf replenishment for kitchen and dining operations (storekeepers).
Education: Minimum Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Culinary Arts, or a related vocational discipline.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a mid-level hospitality, restaurant, or food service setup.
Age Bracket: 21 – 35 years old (Male & Female applicants eligible).
Language: Professional fluency in spoken and written English.
Health & Fitness: Must be physically agile and pass comprehensive medical fitness examinations for overseas deployment.
Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) and professional recommendation letter.
Copies of relevant Academic/Vocational Certificates.
Valid International Traveling Passport.
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (Police Clearance Certificate) issued within the last 6 months.
Base Salary & Allowance: 150 KD monthly base salary plus 15 KD food allowance (~Ksh. 69,000 total guaranteed earnings).
