Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in hotel management. This role requires strong leadership, business development skills, and the ability to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and hotel services.
  • Manage budgets and financial plans, controlling expenditure and maximizing revenue.
  • Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel and attract new guests.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
