- Front Office Receptionist – Responsible for guest check-in/check-out and front desk operations
- Guest Relation Agent – Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and personalized service
- Driver – Providing safe and professional transportation services for guests and operations
- Revenue Manager – Managing pricing strategies, forecasting, and revenue optimization
- Sales Executive – Leisure – Driving leisure segment sales and client relationships
- Sales Manager – Corporate – Managing corporate accounts and business partnerships
- Spa Therapist – Delivering professional spa and wellness treatments
- Graphic Designer – Creating visual content and branding materials for hotel marketing
Key Responsibilities (General):
• Deliver outstanding guest service aligned with luxury hospitality standards
• Maintain professionalism and uphold brand reputation in all interactions
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth daily hotel operations
• Support business growth through sales, service excellence, or creative output depending on role

Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality, sales, spa, driving, or design roles depending on position applied for
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
