Holiday Home Manager

We are seeking a responsible, organized, and motivated Holiday Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of holiday home apartments across Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in hospitality and property management, as full on-the-job training will be provided.

The selected candidate will manage guest services, coordinate apartment readiness, oversee cleaning and maintenance activities, and ensure every property is prepared to deliver an excellent guest experience. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures.

• Communicate with guests through WhatsApp and phone calls.

• Complete online guest registration processes.

• Inspect apartments before guest arrivals and after departures.

• Coordinate cleaning schedules and maintenance requests.

• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.

• Manage inventory, keys, access cards, and essential supplies.

• Ensure apartments remain clean, fully stocked, and guest-ready.

• Coordinate with cleaners, technicians, and building management teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Grade / Higher Secondary (FSC).

• Bachelor’s or BS degree holders are welcome to apply.

• Good English communication skills.

• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and eager to learn.

• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

• Comfortable using smartphones and basic online applications.

• Able to travel between multiple properties across Dubai.

• UAE driving license is preferred.

• Candidates holding a valid UAE visa are welcome.

• No previous experience in hospitality, holiday homes, maintenance, or property management is required.
