Saudi German Hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Physiotherapy to lead its physiotherapy department in Dubai. This leadership position is ideal for a dedicated professional with extensive clinical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services while leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will oversee departmental operations, maintain clinical excellence, and ensure the highest standards of patient care. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to drive continuous improvement within the physiotherapy department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the physiotherapy department to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Supervise rehabilitation programs and maintain clinical best practices.
• Mentor, support, and develop physiotherapy staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and hospital policies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Valid professional license or eligibility to practice.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a physiotherapy department leadership role.
• UAE healthcare experience is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people management skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
