Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage front desk operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations.
• Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and basic computer applications.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Uphold the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a Kenyan citizen with relevant academic and professional qualifications from a recognized institution.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and work hard.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Friendly and engaging personality.
• Must be honest and demonstrate high integrity.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer applications.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
