Key Responsibilities:
• Own inbound growth channels, including website content, search performance, and email marketing campaigns.
• Create high-quality content by engaging with recruiters and industry professionals to understand their challenges.
• Develop and execute growth experiments with clear objectives, expected outcomes, and performance analysis.
• Build launch strategies for LinkedIn and relevant online communities where staffing professionals engage.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on measurable results.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or content marketing for a B2B software product.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create valuable and engaging marketing content.
• Ability to use analytics to identify meaningful trends and distinguish real opportunities from noise.
• Experience creating content strategies and managing inbound marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of B2B audiences and customer-focused marketing.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and website growth strategies.
• Email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and marketing automation.
• Growth experimentation, analytics, and performance measurement.
• Experience marketing to recruiters, staffing agencies, or HR technology buyers is preferred.
