A leading real estate development company is looking to hire a professional and customer-focused Front-of-House Associate to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with excellent communication abilities, a welcoming personality, and experience in hospitality or customer-facing environments.
The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a premium customer experience while supporting reception operations and guest coordination activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist with appointment scheduling, guest registration, and visitor coordination
• Maintain reception, lobby, and waiting areas to ensure a clean and organized environment
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and administrative teams for smooth guest handling
• Offer refreshments and provide basic information to visitors when required
• Handle incoming inquiries and direct guests to the appropriate departments
• Support front-desk administrative activities and daily reception operations
• Ensure all visitors receive a positive and premium customer experience
• Maintain professionalism and excellent communication at all times
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and customer-oriented personality
• Friendly, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, reception, or customer service roles preferred
• Strong coordination and administrative support abilities
• Ability to maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and visitors
• Basic computer knowledge and office coordination skills will be an advantage
