Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Freight Forwarder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with air and sea freight operations, customs clearance, and be proficient in using DHL and other major shipping portals. Strong coordination skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage air and sea freight shipments from origin to destination
- Handle customs clearance procedures and documentation accurately
- Operate DHL and other major freight/courier platforms for booking and tracking
- Communicate with carriers, agents, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain shipment records and ensure compliance with all logistics requirements
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding (air/sea)
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures in the UAE
- Familiarity with DHL and other courier/shipping platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
