Dubai Gem Private School in Dubai is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Foundation Teacher to join its vibrant early years learning community. The school is looking for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to nurturing young learners and creating a supportive and engaging classroom environment aligned with the EYFS framework.
The ideal candidate will play an important role in shaping the early development of children by delivering creative and interactive lessons while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons based on the EYFS curriculum
• Support the social, emotional, and academic growth of young learners
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership
• Monitor and assess student progress to support individual development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in EYFS teaching is an advantage
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for early childhood education and child development
• Fresh graduates with CACHE Level 3 or relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply
