Role Objective
Our client is seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-oriented Food & Beverage Server to join their hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent dining experiences by providing efficient food and beverage service while maintaining high standards of customer care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their dining experience.
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and make recommendations where appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and arrange tables before service and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Process guest bills and payments accurately.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve concerns professionally, escalating where necessary.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of similar experience in service in a busy high-end restaurant.
- Proficiency in hotel management software.
