A hospitality-focused organization is currently seeking a skilled Finance Manager for a newly opening hotel and serviced apartment project in Dubai. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong experience in hotel operations and pre-opening environments.
The selected candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring strong cost control systems are in place for smooth operational setup and long-term financial performance.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities within a hospitality environment
• Oversee cost control measures and ensure financial efficiency across hotel operations
• Support pre-opening financial setup and operational planning
• Strong understanding of hotel finance systems and operational workflows
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights for decision-making
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills within a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in hospitality finance roles is essential
