Finance Manager – Kenya
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations in Kenya. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory compliance with strong leadership capabilities. This role is critical to driving strategic financial planning, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, planning, and reporting
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements in Kenya
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
- Support strategic decision-making and business growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- CPA (K)/ACCA/CIMA (K) – Mandatory
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of Kenyan tax laws, IFRS, and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
