Description:
La Rope is currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to join its growing team in the UAE. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong knowledge of accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal financial controls, particularly within the F&B sector.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial activities across multiple business outlets while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient financial management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations across multiple outlets
• Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and reconciliations
• Monitor budgeting, cash flow management, and expense tracking
• Ensure proper implementation of financial controls and accounting procedures
• Handle monthly closing activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with management regarding financial planning and reporting requirements
• Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with company financial policies
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for operational improvements
Requirements:
• Previous UAE experience is mandatory
• Candidates with Food & Beverage (F&B) industry experience will be preferred
• Strong background in financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial control
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
