Experienced Accountant

Axis Workshop LLC, a leading automotive repair and service company based in Al Quoz, Dubai, is seeking an experienced Accountant to become part of its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who can confidently manage daily accounting operations while maintaining accurate financial records.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling financial transactions, reconciliations, tax compliance, and reporting. The company is looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and contribute to the continued growth of the business. Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Prepare invoices, process payments, receipts, and accounting entries.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.

• Prepare Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.

• Manage UAE VAT filing and Corporate Tax (CT) filing while ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Maintain financial data using Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of accounting experience.

• Zoho Books experience is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations.

• Experience preparing Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets.

• Experience handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Practical UAE experience in VAT filing and Corporate Tax (CT) compliance is mandatory.

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Zoho Books.

    • MS Excel and financial reporting.

    • UAE VAT and Corporate Tax (CT) compliance.
