Description:

H&S Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and contribute to the smooth operation of executive-level activities in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional with strong administrative expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and providing executive support. Candidates who are available to join immediately and have strong organizational abilities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive office.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

• Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and related documentation.

• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and administrative documents.

• Handle confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.

• Support daily executive operations and ensure efficient workflow management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative position.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.

Strong knowledge of:

    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    • Calendar Management and Meeting Coordination

    • Executive Support and Confidential Information Handling
