Description:
A leading building material dealer and distribution company in the UAE is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage executive schedules, communications, and administrative tasks with precision, ensuring smooth operations at the highest level of the organization.

🔹 Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules to optimize time and efficiency
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, memos, and other official correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Arrange domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and expense tracking
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents with accuracy and easy accessibility
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for special projects, including research, reporting, and monitoring deadlines
  • Oversee office management tasks, maintaining a professional and organized executive workspace
  • Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams, attend meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
