Job Description

Position: Executive Assistant / PA to CEO

Employment Nature: Full-time

Location: Nairobi CBD

Monthly Salary: Kshs. 40,000

Role Mandate

We are looking for a highly organized and multi-talented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. This is a hybrid role that extends beyond traditional administrative tasks to include social media management, marketing support, and official protocol. You will act as the "right hand" to the CEO, ensuring their professional and personal schedule runs seamlessly while actively managing the brand's digital presence. This position is ideal for a proactive, teachable, and energetic professional who possesses a strong foundation in Christian values and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Strategic Executive Support

  • Direct the CEO’s complex calendar, including the scheduling of high-level appointments, board meetings, and official visits.

  • Prepare comprehensive briefing notes, executive reports, and visual presentations to facilitate effective decision-making.

  • Filter and manage executive-level correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

  • Maintain an airtight filing system for confidential documents, ensuring data security and easy retrieval.

Digital Marketing & Content Management

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all major social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.

  • Support the development and execution of broader marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

  • Conduct regular market research and stay updated on digital trends to keep the CEO and the company ahead of the curve.

  • Monitor online engagement and respond to inquiries on behalf of the organization where appropriate.

Protocol, Events & Representation

  • Coordinate official functions, corporate events, and visits from high-profile stakeholders and partners.

  • Ensure all interactions and events adhere to strict business protocols and professional etiquette.

  • Act as a surrogate for the CEO in specific meetings, delivering accurate updates and capturing critical action points.

  • Draft professional letters and official messages, ensuring the CEO's public image remains positive and influential.

Lifestyle & Culture Integration

  • Occasionally manage personal errands or arrangements for the CEO to ensure their focus remains on core business drivers.

  • Foster a proactive and supportive work environment that reflects strong Christian / born-again values.

  • Demonstrate a friendly and energetic personality that promotes a positive corporate culture.

Requirements & Competencies

Professional Background

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in executive support, marketing, or corporate communications roles.

  • Values: Preference for candidates who demonstrate strong Christian / born-again values.

Functional Skills

  • Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills with an eye for professional detail.

  • Tech Savvy: Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, social media management tools, and basic content creation software.
