Description:
IFPS is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (Female) to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. This role is ideal for professionals with strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling executive correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing business documents, maintaining company records, and coordinating with internal departments and external clients while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and business correspondence.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain executive calendars.
• Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other business documents.
• Maintain filing systems and company records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company information.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
