About the Role
Abdalla Alowais Advocates and Legal Consultants L.L.C S.O.C is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Legal Director. This is an immediate opening within a dynamic and professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Legal Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare, organize, and coordinate legal correspondence and documentation.
- Maintain confidential records and legal files with the highest level of discretion.
- Act as a liaison between the Legal Director and clients, government entities, and internal departments.
- Ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-up on action items.
- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Secretary.
- Preference for candidates with experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Knowledge of legal documentation and administrative processes is an advantage.
