Meer Capital is actively looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management and oversee daily administrative operations. This role is based in Deira – Port Saeed, Dubai, and requires a professional who can manage responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced working environment.

The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination between management and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, proper scheduling, and organized workflow management. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Job Details:

• Working Hours: 9 hours per day
• Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week
• Salary: AED 4,000 per month
• Location: Deira – Port Saeed, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and executive-level support to senior management.
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official documentation as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and management information.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Assist in handling operational and real estate-related administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Previous UAE experience in a similar Executive Assistant or Administrative role is mandatory.
• Fluency in English along with Urdu and/or Hindi is required.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Strong ability to handle confidential data with professionalism.
• Experience within the real estate sector will be considered an added advantage.
