Description:
A prestigious luxury 5-star hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee and deliver high-end events from concept to completion. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong expertise in luxury event planning, client management, and operational coordination.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end event execution while ensuring exceptional service standards and seamless coordination across departments. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-profile luxury environment delivering premium guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, banquets, weddings, and corporate functions from concept to completion.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and design tailored luxury experiences.
• Collaborate with F&B, kitchen, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Oversee guest experience and ensure adherence to luxury service standards.
• Prepare post-event reports and evaluate performance outcomes.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, including luxury hotel experience.
• Strong knowledge of hotel event operations and service standards.
• Excellent organizational, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and guest relations abilities.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
