The Developing Child Centre is inviting applications from passionate and dedicated Educators and Learning Support Assistants to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are committed to supporting children in achieving their educational and developmental goals within an inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about working with children, promoting inclusive education, and making a positive impact on students’ academic and personal development. Immediate joiners and candidates with strong Arabic and/or English language skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support children in their learning and developmental journey.
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive educational environment.
• Assist in implementing educational programs and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student progress.
• Encourage student participation and promote individual growth.
Requirements:
• Attested Bachelor’s Degree.
• Equivalency Certificate.
• Immediate availability to join is an advantage.
• Arabic and/or English language proficiency is welcomed.
• Passion for inclusive education and supporting children’s development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Child learning and development
• Classroom support and student engagement
