E-Commerce Coordinator (Warehouse)

We are currently looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator (Warehouse) to join our growing team in Dubai. This position is ideal for a junior-level professional with at least one year of experience in online marketplace operations who is comfortable handling both system-based tasks and physical warehouse activities.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listing management, order processing, and stock coordination. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage backend marketplace systems while also being actively involved in warehouse stock verification and physical inventory checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and regularly update product listings on Amazon and Noon platforms
• Process customer orders, manage returns, and maintain accurate inventory records
• Work closely with the warehouse team to monitor daily stock movements
• Conduct physical inspections of items and verify stock availability
• Reconcile physical stock with system records to avoid discrepancies
• Prepare basic operational and inventory reports using Microsoft Excel
• Ensure timely dispatch of orders along with proper documentation and record-keeping

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
• Practical experience using Amazon and Noon seller dashboards
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data tracking
• Willingness to handle both administrative system tasks and physical stock checks
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes and inventory management
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with team members
