Position: Document Controller – HR Business Support (Temporary Role)

Description:
An immediate opportunity is available for a Document Controller – HR Business Support to join a professional team in Abu Dhabi. This temporary role is ideal for candidates who are experienced in managing HR documentation and administrative processes within a structured and fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, organizing documentation, and ensuring all processes align with internal standards and compliance requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

You will work closely with HR teams to streamline document control processes and support day-to-day administrative tasks. Candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain HR documentation and employee records efficiently
• Ensure proper organization and tracking of all HR-related files
• Support administrative processes within the HR department
• Maintain compliance with company policies and HR regulations
• Assist in improving documentation workflows and systems

Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR administration or document control
• Good understanding of HR laws, HRIS, and document management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and communication skills
