About the Role
We are looking for a Document Controller with 1–2 years of experience in the construction industry to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all project documents, drawings, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper document filing, tracking, distribution, and archiving.
- Maintain document registers and revision control.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients for document submissions.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company and project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of document control procedures, filing systems, and version control.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with document management systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
