Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Document Controller with a background in the manufacturing industry. Female candidates are preferred. This role is based in Dubai and requires face-to-face interviews for candidates currently residing in the UAE.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting or procurement qualifications are considered an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or a similar administrative/compliance role.
- Experience working within structured policies and procedures.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of compliance, document control, and internal procedures.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using SAP ERP is desirable.
- Strong document management and record-keeping skills.
