Job Description

Document Controller

Department: Finance & Procurement
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Reports To: Senior Accountant

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller with a background in the manufacturing industry. Female candidates are preferred. This role is based in Dubai and requires face-to-face interviews for candidates currently residing in the UAE.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Professional accounting or procurement qualifications are considered an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or a similar administrative/compliance role.
  • Experience working within structured policies and procedures.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of compliance, document control, and internal procedures.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using SAP ERP is desirable.
  • Strong document management and record-keeping skills.
