Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or related field
Min 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects
Strong experience managing: Engineering Documents, Vendor Documents, Procurement Documents, Construction Documents, As-Built Documentation, Turnover Dossiers, Master Document Register (MDR)
Experience with: Aconex, ProArc, SharePoint, EDMS Platforms, Microsoft Office Suite
UAE Experience is Mandatory
ADNOC Project Experience is Mandatory
Extensive EPC Project Experience
Strong knowledge of ADNOC document control requirements
Experience working with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Available for immediate joining or short notice
