Description:
A growing organization in Dubai is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join its team. This role is ideal for professionals who possess strong document management expertise, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of records and data.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing company documentation, generating reports, supporting data analysis activities, and ensuring compliance with document control procedures and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain, organize, and control company documents, records, and official correspondence.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed, categorized, and easily accessible when required.
• Monitor document accuracy, version control, and compliance with established company procedures.
• Generate reports, dashboards, summaries, and analytical data for management review.
• Analyze and present information using charts, graphs, and visual reporting tools.
• Maintain both electronic and hard-copy filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely submission, updating, and retrieval of documents.
• Support reporting and reconciliation processes by maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information and documentation.
Required Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of Pivot Tables.
• Experience using XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and related lookup functions.
• Proficiency with Excel formulas including SUM, SUMIF, AVERAGE, COUNTIF, and similar functions.
• Knowledge of data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting techniques.
• Ability to prepare graphs, charts, dashboards, and management reports.
• Experience with data validation and accuracy checks.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven experience working as a Document Controller.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Construction, Contracting, Engineering, or Property Management industries will be considered a significant advantage.
